The Story

Some of my earliest memories are not of cities or buildings, but of aircraft.

Although I was born in London in 2004, I grew up in the countryside of southwest France, where military aviation became part of everyday life. Rafales, Mirage 2000s and Alphajets regularly crossed the skies above our home, and every low flypast strengthened a fascination that has remained with me ever since.

For many years, aviation was simply a passion.

Photography arrived later.

After graduating from high school in 2022, I received my first bridge camera, a gift that would completely change the way I experienced aviation. What began as curiosity quickly became a commitment to constantly improving my technique, refining my equipment and learning how to create photographs that tell more than simply what happened.

My greatest inspiration has always been storytelling.

My father, a former journalist for FHM, travelled the world interviewing musicians and artists. Watching the way he approached people and transformed conversations into compelling stories taught me that journalism is about far more than asking questions.

It is about connecting with people.

That philosophy now influences the way I approach aviation photography.

Every aircraft has a crew.

Every exercise has a purpose.

Every photograph should help tell that larger story.

My work has already appeared in publications such as Amateur Photographer Magazine and Combat Aircraft Journal, experiences that continue to encourage me to develop both as a photographer and as a journalist.

Joining the CHECKSIX Editorial Crew allows me to combine my passion for photography, writing and military aviation within an international editorial team that shares the same commitment to authenticity and quality.

As one of the younger members of the Crew, I hope not only to continue learning from experienced colleagues but also to contribute a fresh perspective to the stories we tell.
